My Favorite Green Smoothie Recipes
A few years ago, I went on a spa vacation in Arizona and the resort I stayed at had the most amazing smoothies! I was totally inspired by the idea of adding nutrients (and vegetables) to my diet in such an easy and nutritious way.
Since then, green smoothies have become a staple in my routine. I’ve tried tons of recipes, and have perfected them over time. Here are a few of my favorites:
Green Mango Madness Smoothie
1/2 an avocado
1 handful of frozen mango chunks
1 handful of baby spinach leaves
Collagen powder (I love Bodi Collagen Boost)
Orange Juice base
Avocado-lada
1/2 an avocado
1 handful of frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 tspn of vanilla extract
Collagen powder
Light coconut milk
Super Greens Protein Smoothie
1/2 an avocado
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1/2 inch cube of ginger (peeled)
1/3 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 a banana
1/4 tspn spirulina
Vanilla protein powder (I love Be Well by Kelly)
Almond or coconut milk base
Top with chia seeds
