My Favorite Green Smoothie Recipes

A few years ago, I went on a spa vacation in Arizona and the resort I stayed at had the most amazing smoothies! I was totally inspired by the idea of adding nutrients (and vegetables) to my diet in such an easy and nutritious way. 

Since then, green smoothies have become a staple in my routine. I’ve tried tons of recipes, and have perfected them over time. Here are a few of my favorites:

Green Mango Madness Smoothie

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 1 handful of frozen mango chunks

  • 1 handful of baby spinach leaves

  • Collagen powder (I love Bodi Collagen Boost)

  • Orange Juice base

Avocado-lada

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 1 handful of frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/4 tspn of vanilla extract

  • Collagen powder

  • Light coconut milk

Super Greens Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach

  • 1/2 inch cube of ginger (peeled)

  • 1/3 cup of frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 a banana

  • 1/4 tspn spirulina

  • Vanilla protein powder (I love Be Well by Kelly)

  • Almond or coconut milk base

  • Top with chia seeds
